You can even print out “tickets” and put them on their windshields.

Lol, that reminds me of a funny. At work, we have this one section, right outside the back door, with 5 coveted parking spots. Someone would always park in the fire lane, blocking other cars in, and just generally pissing us all off. Till the day someone parked their pretty little Lexus in the way, and a fellow co-worker “accidentally” ran into the back end of it. Since she was parked illegally and he wasn’t, there wasn’t much she could do about it, which was the cause for much hilarity amongst the rest of us.
The kicker was her going home, her husband trying to bang out the dents with a hammer, finally taking it in for an appraisal which was of course doubled by the amount of damage hubby did while trying to fix it, then she had the gall to come back to work, and hit up my co-worker to pay for it! We all had a lovely time at her expense, but amazingly enough she has never parked there again.
And no, he didn’t put a penny towards the damage.
