Everyone – Please forgive me for not answering you all individually this week. I’ve just spend a day in hospital and I’m still trying to get my head back together. I’ll put up a blog about it so you can see what happened. Meanwhile, thank you all so much for all of your lovely comments – I appreciate each and every one, but for this week, forgive me, but I’m just going to answer the questions.

Did I just say that? LOL!

Mara – Yes, he could wear them in the summer, but they’re so long that they’d be terribly hot for him. I could start him off getting used to them in late summer though, couldn’t I?

Secret Agent Woman – Yep, I think you’re right! Well spotted!

Susan – Not at all! He shattered his hock in his last race. They did try to fix it but it wasn’t repairable – and his owner paid all the bills. When he was sent home from the vet, his trainer kept him in her own house rather than send him back down to the kennel block, too, so he’s been well-loved pretty much all his life. No wonder he’s spoiled, huh?

Granny – Yes, I’m afraid there are… let me see. One each in the conservatory, the lounge, the hall and the bedroom. Oh, and the office, too. Not to mention the car! Is that too many? LOL!

Taffy’s Mum – Thanks! The bed is from Orvis. It’s a great bed, super comfy, and you can take it all apart to wash it – we’ve had it for years. If it looks saggy, you dismember it and wash it and when you put it back together again, it’s as good as new! But they are expensive!

Jay – where did you get the bolster bed from? I could do with one of those for William. Taffy is happy on his old douvets under the radiator!
